Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of rtvpcleaning.com (the "Site") and to the text message program described below. The Site is run by Rucksack to Vacuum Pack Cleaning Services, LLC, a Texas limited liability company in Killeen, Texas ("RTVP," "we," or "us"). By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site
The Site describes our cleaning and facility services, our government contracting information, and how to request a quote or register as a partner. It is for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but it may contain mistakes or be out of date.
Quote requests are not contracts
Sending a quote request does not create a contract or commit either side to anything. A job is booked only when you approve a written estimate or agreement from us. Prices, scope, and schedule are set in that estimate, not on the Site.
Partner registration
Registering as a partner company does not guarantee work and does not create an employment, partnership, or subcontract relationship. We review partners against each job's requirements, and any work is covered by a separate written agreement.
Opportunities board
The contract opportunities listed on the Site are a screening aid only, pulled from public notices. They may be incomplete or out of date. Always check the official notice on SAM.gov and read the full solicitation and any amendments before relying on a listing.
Using the Site
Please use the Site only for lawful purposes. Do not submit false information or someone else's details, send spam, try to break into or disrupt the Site, or put sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers or payment card numbers) in our forms or messages.
Text message program terms (SMS)
- Program name: RTVP Customer Care Texts, from Rucksack to Vacuum Pack Cleaning Services, LLC.
- What you will get: customer care messages only, such as replies to your questions, scheduling and confirmation of walkthroughs, estimates, and service visits, and updates or follow-up on a request you made. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- How you opt in: by giving us your mobile number and checking the optional text message box on our contact form, or by contacting us by text message from your mobile number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of getting a quote or buying anything.
- Message frequency varies. It depends on what you ask us and what is going on with your request.
- Cost: we do not charge for texts, but Msg&Data rates apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages and data.
- Help: text HELP to 254-282-5221 at any time, or email calvink@rtvpcleaning.com.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time (words such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE also work). We will send one last message to confirm, and then we will stop texting you unless you ask us to start again. You may still hear from us by email or phone about an open request unless you tell us not to.
- Carriers: wireless carriers and the companies that deliver our messages are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
- Your number: please tell us if your mobile number changes or you give it up, so texts do not go to someone else.
- Privacy: mobile numbers and text message opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Our content
The Site, including its text, logos, badge, illustrations, and documents, belongs to RTVP or is used with permission. You may view it and share the capability statement and quality control plan for business purposes, but do not copy, sell, or reuse other content without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, such as SAM.gov. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Site will be error-free, always available, or free of harmful components, and we make no promise that information on it is complete or current.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, RTVP is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, that result from using the Site or relying on its information. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Texas or federal law. Cleaning services we perform are covered by the written estimate or agreement for that job.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bell County, Texas, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date. Using the Site or our text messages after a change means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are effective October 27, 2026.
