This Privacy Policy explains what information Rucksack to Vacuum Pack Cleaning Services, LLC ("RTVP," "we," or "us") collects through this website (rtvpcleaning.com), by email, by phone, and by text message, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a small Texas company based in Killeen, Texas.
Who we are and how to reach us
Email is the best way to reach us: calvink@rtvpcleaning.com. You can also call or text us at 254-282-5221. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time, and Saturday and Sunday by request.

Information we collect
- Quote request form: your name, business or property name, email address, phone number, the type of service you want, the service location (city and state, or a street address if you choose to give one), a description of the work, how you would like us to reply, and the consent choices you make on the form.
- Partner registration form: company and contact details, and business details such as UEI, SAM.gov status, certifications, NAICS codes, service area, services offered, and insurance status.
- Email, phone calls, and text messages: what you send us, including your phone number and the content of your messages.
- Text message records: if you opt in to texts or text us first, we keep your mobile number, when and how you opted in (for example, a checked box on our form or a text you sent us), and any opt-out request.
- Basic visit information: this site uses cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that counts visits without identifying visitors. Our hosting provider also handles technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and block spam and abuse. We keep a visitor's IP address only briefly for spam limits on our forms. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, tax IDs, driver's license numbers, dates of birth, payment card numbers, or bank details. Please do not put them in any form field or message.
How we use information
- To answer your request, schedule a walkthrough, and prepare and follow up on written estimates.
- To send customer care text messages if you gave us your mobile number and asked us to text you, or if you texted us first (see "Text messaging" below).
- To match partner companies to jobs they are qualified for.
- To keep a record of our communications, including text message opt-ins and opt-outs.
- To run and protect this website, including spam and abuse prevention.
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements.
We do not use your information to send marketing or promotional text messages. Our text messages are customer care messages only.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, or you contact us by text, we may send you customer care text messages about your request, such as replies to your questions, scheduling, and confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of getting a quote or buying anything from us. The full text message program terms are in our Terms of Service.
Mobile phone numbers and text message opt-in data are never sold, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The only outside companies that handle your mobile number are the service providers that technically deliver our messages (our text messaging provider and the wireless carriers). They may use it only to deliver our messages to you, not for their own marketing.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing. We share information only in these limited ways:
- Service providers that help us run the business. This includes Cloudflare (website hosting, form processing, and analytics), Resend (delivers form submissions to our email), and Microsoft 365 (our business email). They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- Partner companies on your job. RTVP serves some locations through a partner network. If a partner company will help with your job, we may share the details you gave us about that job, only as needed for that job, and the partner may not use them for its own marketing.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If RTVP is ever sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it to answer your request, do the work, and keep normal business and tax records. We keep text message opt-in and opt-out records for as long as needed to show when you opted in or out. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your choices").
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Access, correction, or deletion: to see, correct, or delete what you sent us, or to ask us to stop contacting you, email calvink@rtvpcleaning.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
- Background checks: if we move forward with a partner and a background check is needed, we will ask for a separate written authorization first. No check is run from our website forms.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website, email, or text message is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive personal information to us.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as SAM.gov. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will change the effective date below. This policy is effective October 27, 2026.
